Who we are
Established in 2003, Nanchang RedRock Garment Co., Ltd. is in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China. Our company specializes in knitted garments, offering a wide range of products including vests, T-shirts, polo shirts, underwear sets, and shorts. With six state-of-the-art factories and over 700 skilled employees across Jiangxi, China, our production capabilities are robust and versatile. Each month, we proudly produce approximately 1.8 million pieces, a testament to our significant scale and efficiency.
In 2024, we are proud to introduce our state-of-the-art mega factory located in Lusaka. This facility is a testament to our commitment to quality and efficiency, encompassing the entire production process from ginning to the creation of final products such as boxers and t-shirts. Our Lusaka factory is equipped with the latest technology and machinery to ensure the highest standards of production.
The journey begins with the ginning process, where raw cotton is meticulously processed to remove seeds and impurities. This high-quality cotton is then spun into yarn and woven into fabric, maintaining the integrity and durability that our products are known for.In the next stage, the fabric undergoes dyeing and finishing processes, where it is treated to achieve the desired color, texture, and finish. Our advanced dyeing techniques ensure vibrant, long-lasting colors that do not fade over time.Finally, the fabric is cut and sewn into a variety of garments, including our popular boxers and t-shirts. Our skilled workforce, combined with automated systems, ensures precision and consistency in every piece we produce. Each garment undergoes rigorous quality checks to meet our stringent standards before being packaged and ready for distribution.

How We Got Here:
Year 2003:
The 1st factory was built in Nanchang, Jiangxi with the focus of manufacturing vests and tank tops.
Year 2005:
The 2nd factory located in Nanchang was ready for production.
Year 2009:
The 3rd factory was built in Zhangshu, Jiangxi with many workshops manufacturing T-shirts, boxer, vest, polo and much more.
Year 2009:
The 4th factory located in Zhangshu, Jiangxi was ready for textile manufacturing.
Year 2012
The 5th factory located in Nanchang was ready for production.
Year 2015
The 6th located in Zhangshu was ready to start production.
Year 2015
The 7th located in Zhangshu was ready to start production.
Year 2018:
Megafactory in Lusaka, Zambia is under contruction.
Year 2019:
The construction was completed, and all the necessary equipment had been shipped to the factory
Year 2020
Initiated the setup of the ginning and spinning machines and began testing them. However, the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic caused significant delays as our technicians had to return to China.
Year 2023
Technicians returning to Lusaka to continue the testing process
Year 2024
Ginning and spinning factory is ready to start production in July. Simultaneously, we are in the process of setting up equipment for the other segments of our factory, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient production line.
